"Uh, shipping is taking forever"

"Nice fabric and feels well made"
The fabric feels really nice and soft, and the quality seems good overall. I’ve been happy with it so far and would probably recommend it if you’re looking for something comfortable.

Well... they’ve got a good mix of fabrics and patterns. I found what I needed quickly, though I do wish there were a few more color options to choose from.

"Prices are a bit hit or miss"
I noticed a bit of a pattern while browsing: some of the fabrics seem fairly priced, especially the basics, but then a few others felt a little high for what you’re actually getting. Shipping also starts to add up, so the final total can be more than expected. Not terrible, just not exactly a bargain across the board.

"I had to follow up twice before..."
I had to follow up twice before I got a response, and even then it didn’t really solve much. To be fair, it wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop, but the customer service felt slow and not all that helpful.
